Secure Global Desktop Enhancement Module for Microsoft Windows 2000/2003

Install this module on a Microsoft Windows 2000/2003 application server to provide support for seamless windows, client drive mapping and advanced load management. Seamless windows provides a more natural user experience when using server-based applications. Client drive mapping lets users access the drives on their client device from applications running on the application server. Advanced load management allows Secure Global Desktop to launch an application on the least-loaded application server. See Help for more information.

Download the Secure Global Desktop Enhancement Module, temwin32.exe, to a temporary directory on the Windows 2000/2003 application server.
Log in to the Windows 2000/2003 server as a user with administrator privileges, and then double-click temwin32.exe to install the Secure Global Desktop Enhancement Module.
Follow the instructions on your screen.

Secure Global Desktop Enhancement Module for UNIX® and Linux Platforms

Install this module on a UNIX® or Linux application server to provide support for client drive mapping, audio and advanced load management. Client drive mapping lets users access the drives on their client device from applications running on the application server. UNIX® audio enables audio from applications running on the application server to be heard on the client device. Advanced load management allows Secure Global Desktop to launch an application on the least-loaded application server. See Help for more information.

Linux x86 32-bit	Download the Secure Global Desktop Enhancement Module, tem-4.41-907.i386.rpm, to a temporary directory on your application server. If your browser tries to display the file rather than download it, right-click the link and choose Save As. Log in to the application server as root, and install the Secure Global Desktop Enhancement Module.
Solaris OS on SPARC® platforms	Download the Secure Global Desktop Enhancement Module, tem-4.41-907.sol-sparc.pkg, to a temporary directory on your application server. If your browser tries to display the file rather than download it, right-click the link and choose Save As. Log in to the application server as root, and install the Secure Global Desktop Enhancement Module.
Solaris™ Operating System (Solaris OS) on x86 platforms	Download the Secure Global Desktop Enhancement Module, tem-4.41-907.sol-x86.pkg, to a temporary directory on your application server. If your browser tries to display the file rather than download it, right-click the link and choose Save As.
